1.Wearing the Lens for not 8 hours
2.Do not wear lens when sleeping
3.Avoid touching the lens when applying make up on the eyes
4.Use Multipurpose Solution to wash your lens before wearing your lens
5.After taking out your lens, wash it before u put your lens in the Contact Lens Case
6.Go to spectacle shop to buy the suitable Contact Lens Case
